A duly-constituted claimants' committee, its counsel of record, or a court-appointed claims agent may decrypt your submission for the claims process. This is the default for licensed submissions.

Deletes every hosted copy — the sealed record, escrow, public listing, and uploaded files — and writes a content-free tombstone. Copies already decrypted into the organizers' private store are excluded from exports; ask the organizers to confirm removal. This cannot be undone.
